EvL Consulting is striving to provide the best support possible for existing customers.

We strive to obtain full satisfaction with any of our customers. The products we’ve chosen and the companies who deliver the solutions all have excellent documentation and this is directly accessible to our customers without any charge. This is what we call the Level 1 support, consider this more like the instruction manual of a car which explains the way to operate the vehicle, check the oil level, meaning of the dashboard lights, how to change a light bulb etc. This will allow you to use the product to its full potential.

Obviously there could be circumstances where additional support is helpful in circumstances that are unforeseen.

We therefore offer a two support options, standard and standard+

Standard


The standard support option allows you to open support tickets via our support portal hosted by Spiceworks. EvL Consulting will contact you within 1 business day and if we\’re not able to resolve the issue directly, we will liaise with the vendor of the product for a timely and satisfactory solution. If an issue is not product related, the monthly price will cover 1 hour of phone or remote-access support. Any additional time will be invoiced on a 15 minute basis.

Standard +

This option will provide you the same options as Standard but will cover 4 hours of phone or remote-access support.

Existing customers

You will be able to open a support ticket via the link that has been provided to your administrator.

New customers

If you\’re a new customer, we will work with you to obtain access to the portal and allow you to create support tickets if/when needed.

Ad Hoc Linux and Storage support

If you require support on either Linux or Storage related questions you can schedule a 1 hour session via the below calendar. We will try to solve your problem to the best of our abilities but comes without warranty as many technical issues could require development adjustments or could turn out to be out of scope for such engagement.
