If you’re a new customer, we will work with you to obtain access to the portal and allow you to create support tickets if/when needed.
Ad Hoc Linux and Storage support
If you require support on either Linux or Storage related questions you can schedule a 1 hour session via the below calendar. We will try to solve your problem to the best of our abilities but comes without warranty as many technical issues could require development adjustments or could turn out to be out of scope for such engagement.
